The Law authorizes the bodies in charge of state regulation of financial services markets to strengthen control over the financial services markets. The Law amends the Laws "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets", and "On State Regulation of Securities Market in Ukraine."
The Law "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets" reads that corporate governance in financial institutions is performed in line with the laws on economic companies with account of this Law and other laws on specific markets of financial services.
